Our No Call-Out Charge offer is valid between 9:00am and 5:00pm only, Monday to Sunday, unless otherwise stated.
Any call-outs requested outside of these hours (5:00pm–9:00am) may incur a call-out fee. The applicable charge will be clearly communicated to the customer prior to attendance.
By booking a service outside the stated hours, the customer agrees to any applicable call-out charges.
